이 약관은 펫플(이하 '회사')이 제공하는 반려동물 친구 매칭 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정합니다.
① 서비스는 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
② 1인 1계정을 원칙으로 하며, 계정을 다른 사람에게 빌려주거나 팔 수 없습니다.
① 회사는 반려동물 프로필 매칭(스와이프), 주변 회원 추천, 매칭된 이용자 간 1:1 대화 서비스를 제공합니다.
② 회사는 서비스의 내용을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꾸기 전에 앱 안에서 알립니다.
① 이용자가 올린 사진과 글의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 운영과 안전 검사에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.
② 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
③ 회사는 위반한 게시물을 삭제하고 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다. 부적절한 사진은 자동으로 검사될 수 있습니다.
① 회사는 이용자의 신원이나 범죄 경력을 확인하지 않습니다.
② 처음 만날 때는 사람이 많은 공개된 장소에서 만나는 등 안전에 유의해주세요.
③ 이용자 간의 만남이나 거래에서 생긴 분쟁은 당사자 간에 해결하며, 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.
① 포인트는 현금 가치가 없는 서비스 내 아이템이며, Google Play 인앱 결제로 구매할 수 있습니다.
② 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 구매 후 48시간 이내에는 Google Play에서 직접 환불할 수 있고, 그 이후에는 회사에 요청할 수 있습니다.
③ 이미 사용한 포인트는 환불되지 않습니다.
④ 회사의 잘못으로 서비스를 이용할 수 없는 경우 미사용 포인트를 환불합니다.
① 회원은 언제든지 마이 > 회원탈퇴에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
② 탈퇴하면 개인정보는 지체 없이 삭제하며, 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 기록은 정해진 기간 동안 보관 후 삭제합니다.
③ 미사용 포인트는 탈퇴 시 소멸됩니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 보호합니다.
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 앱 안에서 알립니다.
회사는 천재지변 등 불가항력으로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다.
이 약관은 2026년 10월 17일부터 시행합니다. (종전 약관: 2025년 2월 19일 시행)

These Terms govern your use of Petple (the "Service"), a pet playdate matching app operated by Petple ("we", "us").
You must be 19 or older to use the Service. One account per person. You may not lend or sell your account.
Petple offers swipe-based pet profile matching, nearby recommendations, and 1:1 chat between matched users. We may change the Service and will let you know in the app.
You own the photos and text you post; we use them only to run and keep the Service safe. You may not post content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing; impersonate others or use others' photos or personal data; spam, advertise, scam, or ask for money; sexualize minors in any way; or disrupt the Service or harm other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Photos may be screened automatically.
Petple does not run identity or background checks. Use caution when meeting people you met on the Service and meet in public places first. We are not responsible for disputes or incidents between users, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Points are a virtual item with no cash value, purchased through Google Play in-app purchase. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy (within 48 hours via Google Play; after that, contact us). Used points cannot be refunded. If the Service is unavailable due to our fault, we will refund unused points. Unused points are forfeited when you delete your account.
You can delete your account anytime in My > Delete account. We delete your personal data promptly, except records we must keep by law.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms and will give notice in the app at least 7 days before changes take effect (30 days for changes that are less favorable to you).
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable when we cannot provide the Service due to force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where the laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
