🛡️ 펫플 아동 안전 표준 정책
펫플은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용하며, Google의 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다.
1. 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM) 금지
펫플은 다음과 같은 콘텐츠를 엄격히 금지합니다:
- 아동을 대상으로 한 성적 학대 이미지, 영상, 텍스트
- 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 착취하는 모든 형태의 콘텐츠
- 아동 그루밍(grooming) 행위 및 관련 대화
- 아동에 대한 부적절한 접촉 시도
2. 예방 조치
펫플은 아동 안전을 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 시행합니다:
- 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(사진, 프로필, 채팅)에 대한 신고 시스템 운영
- 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 통한 부적절한 콘텐츠 금지 명시
- 욕설 및 성적 표현 자동 필터링 시스템 적용
- 신고된 콘텐츠에 대한 관리자 검토 및 조치
- 위반 사용자 계정 즉시 정지 및 영구 차단
3. 신고 절차
아동 안전을 위협하는 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 발견한 경우:
- 앱 내 신고: 해당 콘텐츠 또는 사용자 프로필에서 "🚨 신고" 버튼을 통해 즉시 신고
- 이메일 신고: herokim1984@gmail.com으로 상세 내용 전달
- 전화 신고: 0502-1925-8252 (평일 10:00~18:00)
모든 신고는 접수 후 24시간 이내에 검토됩니다.
4. 대응 및 조치
⚠️ CSAM 콘텐츠 발견 시 즉각 조치:
- 해당 콘텐츠 즉시 삭제
- 해당 사용자 계정 즉시 정지 및 영구 차단
- 관련 법률에 따라 관할 당국(경찰청, 방송통신심의위원회)에 신고
- 국제아동착취신고센터(NCMEC)에 보고

펫플은 다음 법률 및 규정을 준수합니다:
- 대한민국 아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률
- 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률

🛡️ Petple Child Safety Standards
Petple has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and follows Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. Petple is only for people 19 and older.
1. Prohibited content (CSAM)
- Images, videos, or text showing sexual abuse of children
- Any content that sexualizes or exploits children
- Grooming of children and related conversations
- Attempts at inappropriate contact with children
2. Prevention
- In-app reporting for photos, profiles, and chats
- Community guidelines that prohibit inappropriate content
- Automatic filtering of abusive and sexual language, and automatic screening of uploaded photos
- Administrator review of reported content
- Immediate suspension and permanent ban of violating accounts
3. How to report
- In the app: tap "🚨 Report" on the content or the user's profile

- Phone: +82-502-1925-8252 (weekdays 10:00-18:00 KST)
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
4. Response
⚠️ When CSAM is found, we immediately:
- Remove the content
- Suspend and permanently ban the account
- Report to the relevant authorities as required by law
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

- Korea's Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Applicable laws in the countries where Petple is available, including U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
