위치 권한을 허용하면 기기에서 받은 좌표를 약 2km 단위로 반올림한 뒤 저장하며, 정확한 위치는 저장하지 않습니다. 다른 회원에게는 거리(예: 약 5km)와 지역·도시 이름만 보입니다. 도시 이름을 알아내기 위해 반올림한 좌표를 BigDataCloud에 보냅니다. 위치 권한은 언제든 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있으며, 끄더라도 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
펫플은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전은 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어지며, 보유 기간은 회원 탈퇴 또는 위탁 계약 종료 시까지입니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원 탈퇴로 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

펫플은 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 위탁 외에 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 법령에 따른 요청이 있으면 예외로 합니다.
회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 계약 또는 청약철회 기록 5년, 대금결제 및 재화 공급 기록 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록 3년 동안 보관하며, 신고 내용은 부정 이용 방지를 위해 최대 1년 보관합니다.
보유 기간이 지나거나 목적을 달성하면 복원할 수 없는 방법으로 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱의 마이 탭에서 프로필을 고치거나 회원탈퇴를 할 수 있고, 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내주세요. 계정 삭제 안내

Optional: location (coordinates rounded to about 2 km, plus country and city name), pet information (name, type, breed, age, photos), profile photos, bio, interests, and the contents of your 1:1 chats
Automatically: usage logs, access times, device information, push notification token, app language
When you buy points: the product and purchase confirmation. Card and payment details are handled by Google Play; Petple never receives them.
To create and manage your account, match pets and recommend nearby members, let members chat 1:1, keep the community safe (reports, blocking, and automatic screening of inappropriate photos), verify purchases, improve the service and produce statistics, and prevent abuse.
If you allow location access, the coordinates from your device are rounded to about 2 km before they are stored. We never store your exact location. Other members only see an approximate distance (for example, "3 mi away") and an area or city name. To get your city name, we send the rounded coordinates to BigDataCloud. You can turn off location access anytime in your device settings and still use Petple.
We use the following providers to run Petple. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the Republic of Korea, the United States, and Australia. Data is kept until you delete your account or the provider contract ends.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties other than the providers above, except when required by law.
We keep your data until you delete your account, then delete it without delay. Some records are kept longer where the law requires: contract and payment records for 5 years and complaint/dispute records for 3 years. Reports you submitted are kept for up to 1 year to prevent abuse.
You can access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop processing it, at any time. You can edit your profile or delete your account in the My tab. For anything else, email us. See how to delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional rights; we will honor them on request.
Petple is only for people 19 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
