1단계: 펫플 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
2단계: 하단 메뉴에서 "마이" 탭을 선택합니다.
3단계: 설정 영역에서 "🚪 회원탈퇴" 버튼을 선택합니다.
4단계: 안내 사항을 확인하고 "탈퇴하기"를 선택하면 계정이 삭제됩니다.
앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면, 가입한 이메일 주소로 herokim1984@gmail.com에 "펫플 계정 삭제 요청"이라는 제목으로 메일을 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 알려드립니다.
계정 삭제 시 아래 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다:
프로필 정보(닉네임, 자기소개), 업로드한 모든 사진, 반려동물 정보, 매칭·좋아요 기록, 1:1 대화방과 메시지(상대방 화면에서도 삭제됩니다), 내가 쓴 게시글·스토리·댓글·답글, 모임 가입·신청 정보(내가 운영하던 모임은 다음 멤버에게 넘겨지고, 멤버가 없으면 삭제), 받은 알림, 푸시 알림 기기 정보, 보유 포인트
⚠️ 주의사항
삭제된 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다. 보유 포인트는 계정 삭제와 함께 소멸됩니다. 구매 후 사용하지 않은 유료 포인트가 있다면 삭제 전에 고객센터로 환불을 문의해주세요.
관계 법령에 따라 아래 데이터는 일정 기간 보관 후 파기됩니다:
계약 또는 청약철회에 관한 기록: 5년, 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록(포인트 구매 내역): 5년, 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년
내가 보낸 신고 내용은 부정 이용 방지를 위해 최대 1년간 보관된 뒤 파기됩니다.

Step 1: Open Petple and log in.
Step 2: Tap the "My" tab at the bottom.
Step 3: In the settings list, tap "🚪 Delete account".
Step 4: Read the notice and tap "Delete account". Your account is deleted right away.
If you uninstalled the app or can't log in, email herokim1984@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Petple account deletion request". We'll verify it's you, delete the account within 7 days, and let you know.
Your profile (nickname, bio), all photos you uploaded, pet information, match and like history, 1:1 chats and messages (also removed from the other person's screen), posts and comments you wrote, notifications, push notification device info, and your points.
⚠️ Please note
Deleted accounts can't be restored. Your points are lost when you delete your account. If you have unused purchased points, contact support for a refund before deleting.
Where the law requires, some records are kept for a limited time and then destroyed: contract and payment records (point purchases) for 5 years, and complaint/dispute records for 3 years. Reports you submitted are kept for up to 1 year to prevent abuse.
